Seashore Fish Batter Mix


Crisp, golden and light! Our seasoned fish batter will bring out the best in your fresh seafood and vegetables.



Preparation Instructions:

  1. Preheat fry pan with oil (usually 1/2 full) to 350°F or medium high heat
  2. Empty batter mix in a bowl
  3. Dredge fresh fish in dry batter mix and set aside
  4. Add 1 cup of beer or soda water and 1/2 cup water to the remaining dry batter mix
  5. Mix in 2 eggs
  6. Dip dry coated fish into the wet batter
  7. Fry immediately 2 mins each side or until crispy.
